Strong Experience in Change Management
TripleWin has much experience in customer experience strategy and combining implementation and measuring of improvements. Our roots can be found in General Motors (GM), in Saturn, and in the company where in the 1980s they started to build a value driven organization using the “triplew win”-model. TripleWin landed in Finland in the year 2009. Vast amount of experience in change management and consulting were culminated in NOOA, the change management innovation in 2016.
Innovative and Quality Approach
The cloud service NOOA has been recognized for its approach both in innovativeness and quality. Most often heard comment about NOOA is that we’ve developed something really meaningful, something that can answer almost completely to the digital challenges of change management. Proof of its innovativeness was achieved with an international patent application on NOOAs method on how to measure change with data. We’re also the winners of the international and national Quality Innovation Awards in the category of Micro & startup companies 2016.
During the fall of 2016, TripleWin has participated in the LandInChicago program with NOOA. The purpose of this program is to help Finnish companies find a foothold and growth in the US market. The program is supported by TEKES and the city of Chicago. During one month in Chicago and San Francisco, NOOA was demonstrated to almost 200 decision makers. Results from this first month were two big clients and multiple contacts, which serve as a platform for growth.

Tom Grönstrand is a serial entrepreneur since 1993. Along the way, he has had companies in ICT, wholesale, accounting, technology and consulting. Four of the companies have been successfully sold. His passion is to find new insights to the business and improve the understanding and skills to take these planned improvements into actions. At home Tom’s family includes a wife, four daughters and a male dog. His hobbies are tennis and wood chopping. Pekka has helped many domestic and international customers to develop their sales, change management and customer experience. In the field of customer experience management Pekka is one of the pioneers in Finland. He is also one of the founders of NOOA, a change management SaaS platform, that has won international Quality Innovation Award 2016. NOOA’s markets are growing fast in Finland as well as in North America. His hobbies include working out, sailing and hiking. Motto “It’s the attitude that counts.”

Leena Huotari has diverse experience from roles as a HR manager, managing director, customer director and as a coach. She has implemented multiple organisational and cultural changes in collaboration with the employees. Leena has an ability to get people excited in acting towards the change and she makes people trust in their own abilities.
She also has work experience from both the private and public sector.
As a customer director and coach, she has gathered experience and understanding of multiple industries.
In the summer, her free time is mostly used sailing and in the winter she enjoys the weather with her dog. Leena also likes to work with her hands and her motto is “Let’s try it, we’ll get there”.
